Fitting the new stereo will require some time and patience in order to get it positioned just right. There are also a couple metal tabs above the stereo you will need to bend up in order to get the stereo to fit right.

Once you can safely do so, remove four 7mm screws securing the speaker, then get it out of there and use those screws to start installing the new one. Test the speakers to make sure they're working, and if they are, start putting everything back together.
