My aplication rejected by RTO due to not filled the application clearly. So asked me to edit the same application. How can I edit it? I tried to navigate below url for DL's address change. Kindly resolve this asap. After fill online form for address change it's print out will be submitted hard copy in RTO or not required only online submit form will accepted?
